An eleven-member Board of Directors oversees the operation of Omega School.
The membership of the Board includes legal and accounting professionals, social workers, and other community members including a former Omega School GED graduate.
On-going evaluation plays a significant role in Omega School's programming and policy decisions.
Biannual student evaluations of our programs and teachers, quarterly and annual reports to funding entities, ongoing evaluations performed by various referral agencies, formal and informal staff input, as well as internal collective staff evaluation all work together to promote and enhance Omega's goals and direction.

Dear Friends of Omega School:
Approaching three decades of providing adult education, Omega School has recently completed its 36th year of service. This history has given us a lot to celebrate. These past 15 years, we assisted over 3,000 students with earning a GED/HSED credential.
The great work we do is not possible without our dedicated staff of GED instructors. They have proven that one-on-one instruction has been the most effective method for our students. This individualized approach helps students reach their goals in a more timely fashion and achieve the GED credentials which opens doors for further education and entry level employment.
Omega School's Board of Directors has set goals and provided parameters to guide our work. More important, they have provided the leadership to allow me to find creative ways to improve upon our efforts to educate adults in Dane County.
We also look to you, our friends, for your involvement as tutors, volunteers, and donors. We need your financial support now more than ever.
Gracias!
Oscar Mireles
Executive Director
